Moving from the West Coast to MI with my Tesla, I was anxious as to whether I could find someone trustworthy, and reputable to care for my vehicle. Ervine’s was the ticket! They promptly diagnosed some suspension issues and went out of their way to help acquire parts from out-of-state. Steve was very communicative from the beginning - always happy to answer my myriad of questions and make sure I was happy with/ understood the diagnoses and repairs. Megan and Jamie in the front office were always so pleasant and helpful. They also provided a loaner vehicle for the time mine was in the shop. I love supporting small, local family businesses. I feel very fortunate to have found them! What a West MI gem!

They were very fast at getting me in to get car dropped off and pick up loaner car so I could go to work. Very thorough with explaining repairs that were recommended.

Ervine's diagnosed my vehicle and inspection was very thorough(bad ecm).. i was told transmission was bad by other shop..Communication and follow up and explained procedures and processes that was easy to understand. They helped facilitate my vehicle on-site while waiting for parts..unfortunately parts for my vehicle were not available, i was refunded and Would recommend them for anyone who needs expert diagnostic skills.

Over ten years after moving an hour away (and missing the reliable service I always received at Ervine’s) I brought our Crosstrek in when a major repair need came up that I didn’t trust to anyone nearby. They did excellent work on the car, were fantastic at communicating, there were no surprises and we are happy we drove the extra distance to come back to them.

I had such an amazing experience at Ervine’s - I’m almost looking forward to my next need for car repair/maintenance. Steve is personable, professional and very helpful. Meghan and her mom are an incredible ‘front house’ team. They totally took the pain out of car repair - complete with a loaner car, wonderful service and dare I say….new friends?!?

Ervine’s did a great job detailing exactly what my 2018 Jeep needed. Great communication. Detailed explanations with pictures. Offered me a loaner car. I will definitely be taking my Jeep here again!
