Most amazing shop I have ever used to date. They were kind and informative from the first phone call to picking up my vehicle. As a woman I can’t help but feel nervous when it comes to having my car fixed. Steve explained everything in detail and never pushed or made me feel anxious about any of the process. Overall one of the best auto repair shops in all of GR. They did a full inspection of my Chevy Equinox. Then email a list of recommendations. They found all the issues I was having with my SUV. I could choose what I wanted done and defer other things. They also show was needs to be urgently done and what is general maintenance. My Equinox runs great after the fix that was done in a timely manner. All the workers were extremely nice and did an amazing job. The SUV running amazing after the repair and would highly recommend Ervine's Auto Repair to anyone. They also have free loaners which is great for people who have to get to work. The pricing was fair and service was as good as dealerships. Plan to use them again when either of my vehicles act up.

Second review as this is my second time leveraging Ervine’s for a repair. If you want a good, local mechanic, these guys are the go-to. When it comes to my car, I’m willing to pay a little extra if that means I get the reassurance for my car. Ervine’s will be totally upfront and transparent with their pricing, what they’re working on, and why. I was on the phone with Steve for 40 minutes total one day talking about the issues with my car and the customer service was second-to-none. Yes, they were pricey repairs, but again, it’s worth going to these guys. They give unbiased opinions, back it up with reasoning and personal experience in the past, etc. If your only concern is price, they run a little higher, but if you want good quality care for your car with experienced technicians that know what they’re doing and ensure your vehicle is good after it leaves the shop, Ervine’s is the place.

Megan was amazing; she was very detailed and explained everything well. She let me know all my options. Thanks to Megan and Keith my car drives like I’m floating on the road. I love my experience with Ervine’s and most definitely will be back in the future.

I can’t say enough about Ervines. The service was cheerful, helpful, thorough, and transparent; all the things you always wish your mechanic would be. As a single woman having a safe and reliable car is a priority. I actually drove away confident that my car was taken care of thoroughly. They take pictures of everything and take the time to explain everything. When at the desk you have a computer screen facing you that mirrors their screen and shows you what they are doing and talking about. There was zero intimidation- actually the opposite! Megan creates a warm and helpful atmosphere and they are informative without the “mansplaining.” I felt like they enjoyed helping me and answering my questions. And most importantly: they are experts in hybrids/ev. and brought things to my attention that my ex-mechanics did not catch even though I had asked them to inspect everything. It was a pleasant experience and I am grateful for the peace of mind.
