I had the BEST customer service experience during a really bad time with my car. Megan, Steve, and the crew helped me come to terms with a situation where it wasn't really worth the repairs needed to fix my vehicle. They gave me a myriad of options and lots of professional advice, but I never felt pressured one way or the other to make the decision they deemed best. Ervine's left it up to me to make the best decision for my situation. They also were incredibly kind and gave me a couple days to decide and let me use their loaner car so I was able to get to work. I was treated so well by everyone that I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs fair and honest advice about what needs to be done to their car with repairs. Unfortunately for me, I didn't get beyond the diagnostic part of service as it was better off to let my 2012 Mazda CX-9 go without a new engine, but I would go back to them with any other vehicle. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
