Ervine's has been great - I've been going to them for about 2 years. I drive a 2004 Honda Civic with almost 150,000 and it's running great. I have Ervine's to thank for that. They encourage (never forcefully) regular maintenance. If I have any questions, they answer them without making me feel dumb or that they are taking advantage of me. They explain things in detail. They've been so helpful - they've even showed me how to do silly things like check the air pressure in my tires. They truly care. There are two reasons why I choose Ervine's over other places: #1) Free Car Rental - this was very convenient when I was moving to Yellowstone and had $1000 + in maintenance done (things that should've be done at 100,000 miles). #2) Their Spring/Summer/Fall/Winter Specials - they always have a seasonal special. It includes an oil change and they thoroughly check out your car. It's $40, which is a pricey oil change BUT it comes with a detailed list ranking from 1 to 10 the things your car needs the most.

I really won't go anywhere but Ervine's at this point. I was referred by a friend whose family has always come here. I have worked in the auto repair industry and I know how slimy some places can be and you feel ripped off half the time. The guys explain all the repairs really well in terms that the non-auto expert can understand. They are always sending me coupons, which is super helpful. They also have an oil change program 'Buy 3 Get 1 Free' and they seem to do so much more than your $15 oil change place where nobody is certified to do anything. There are also free loaner cars available. Ervine's is just really accommodating and I'm glad to be one of their customers.
