Saved me a huge headache. Brought in a vehicle for an inspection from a local auto dealer, ended up being that the vehicle's frame was damaged, U joints were backwards, and had significant amounts of water damage. The woman at the front desk was awesome and the mechanic doing the inspection was too, he walked me through everything he saw a problem with and explained what too look for which in turn helped me learn to look for vehicle issues in moving forward with my search.

Coming from a small town, where everyone knows everyone, it was an intimidating experience to find a car repair place/person that I could trust and wouldn't take advantage of me just because I am a girl. I cannot say enough about the honesty and quality of the entire operation at Ervines. They are honest and up front about what you need and what it takes to fix it properly. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The loaner car program is awesome as most cannot afford to be without transportation while their vehicle is being repaired. I highly recommend them. They will not recommend unnecessary repairs just to pad the bill like some other shops are known to do. It is hard to find trustworthy mechanics. Look no further than Ervines. Great, fast and friendly service! Jamie at the front desk is the best! She made us feel like family and was able to get us a loaner car in no time. We appreciated the fact that Bruce, the technician, talked to us in plain "English terms" and took the time to go over the needed repairs with us. Considering we had last minute repair work needed (not scheduled) we were amazed they had our car ready in less than 36 hours! We had a great experience and definitely plan to be back!

When I came to Ervines, I was in quite a pickle. I needed service from someone who was fast and trustworthy and that is exactly what I got. The owner and his wife were accommodating, friendly, and even made travel plans for me to pick up my car. I would recommend no one else! They went out of their way in the customer service department. Two thumbs way up!

Have had Toyota Sequoia and GMC Envoy fixed there several times. Always did the job right with no issues and had a free loaner car so I could go back to work without wasting time figuring out a ride. Fixed same day or next!
