I was having a rough morning and was really tight on money. I took my car into Ervines first thing in the morning, they were quick to have it diagnosed. They explained it to me and i had a little break down when i saw the price. Honestly the price they gave was cheaper than most and it was quality work. I gave them the go ahead, they had my car fixed by 2pm ive never seen such fast efficent work from car repairs shops. I was stuck in a situation due to having to be to work and was already late but Jamie offered me a ride if i couldnt get one, that was awesome! U cant get that anywhere else. I didnt need a ride but during my wait Jamie and (im sorry i forgot her name) the second girl that came in were awesome they helped me not feel so bad and had me smiling again. Ervines is just great, theyre friendly their customers are friendly. I will be bringing my cars to them if i ever need anything. Thank You! 💕 Ellen

I am a fleet manager at a large company responsible for our company used vehicles; as well as, the personal cars of the executives and their families. We have Mercedes, Lexus, Infiniti, Toyota and some fords and Chevys. Ervine's does the most professional work in town, always honest and upfront. It is not the repair facilities fault if you chose to own a Hybrid with a $ 9,000 electric inverter or an Infiniti with expensive parts. The old saying, "it costs money to go fast, how fast to you want to go!"

We own a 2007 Ssturn Vue with over 170,000 miles and a 2002 Chevy Trailblazer with more than 197,000 miles. How do they last that long? By following the manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedules, and by competent, professional service technicians. With new car payments averaging near $500/ month or more, and the increased insurance costs with a new vehicle, it costs soooo much less to maintain and repair your present vehicle. Michigan winters can be harsh on vehicles, and we'll likely drive ours 'til they rot away and the doors fall off, but until then we can drive with confidence knowing that the expert service provided by Eric, Bruce, and Paul - Jamie and Megan too! - will keep our vehicles in good, safe condition, and provide many more miles of service.

Excellent staff working at the front and the back. I only have the one car, but they were willing to drive me home and pick me up when my car was done. Cost for the oil change was a bit more than I've paid in the past, but for the service it's worth it.

Ervine's has serviced my car for several years. They are trustworthy, quick and I love the (free) option of a loaner car if needed. Recently my ignition tumbler quit working and my car was towed to Ervine's in the evening. By 7:45am the next morning, someone had contacted me about the issue. They were able to source the correct parts, repair my car and have me back on the road the same day. The quality of service, honesty and efficiency are outstanding!

I have used Ervine's for my repairs for the past 4-5 years. They are excellent at explaining the issues your vehicle is having as well as pointing out repairs that should be made before they become bigger issues. They don't push you to make repairs that are unnecessary and you truly feel like they have your best interest in mind. The repairs are always done quickly (mine have always been repaired same day) and I have never had any issues with anything they have fixed.

Recently my Ford Escape Hybrid had an issue and I needed to find a repair shop that was familiar with hybrid cars. Ervine's came up on a Google search so I took it to them. They had it fixed the same day! I was extremely happy with the service and ecstatic to have my car back. I'm so glad to have a trustworthy local shop if I ever have any issues in the future.

They did a great job with the truck. Be prepared that everything here is expensive. Good work and honesty is worth paying for though.

Family run business. Eric, Bruce and Jamie are the nicest people. I would recommend them to anyone needing work done! They are honest and professional and do a great job. One super perk of taking your car in for maintenance is that they offer a loaner car while they are working on your car. As long as I live in West Michigan I will be taking my car to Ervine's.

I have been going to Ervine's for quite some time now. They always have quality service and are extremely nice. They will do anything necessary to accomodate you appropriately. I love them and would recommend them to anyone!
