I have had an absolutely incredible experience at Ervine's. I was coming in from Detroit on what was supposed to be a 1 day business trip in GR. Unfortunately my car broke down. I got a referral to call Ervine's and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Megan and Eric gave me first priority and started working on the car immediately.They even helped me find a hotel and use their lobby as a work space. Eric explained everything to me in a comprehensive and effective way - I felt very in the loop about everything regarding the status of my vehicle. Nothing but good things to say. They are such good humans.

Friendly and helpful employees. My car had new shocks and struts replaced within one day. I would definitely recommend!

Although I forget the mechanic/technician's name, I do appreciate him giving me a thorough breakdown of his diagnoses over the phone. Based on the advice he gave me, I can definitely sense that the staff there are not going to suggest any unnecessary repairs. Their knowledge of Priuses is also very extensive. Furthermore, they were nice enough to let me drop off my vehicle 15 minutes before they open so that I could arrive to work on time. I am grateful that GR has an independent and qualified shop that specializes in Hybrid vehicles.

Ervine's has always done a nice job with any maintainance or repairs needed for our vehicles. They were great with a situation that required a quick turn around on our vehicle. Thank you to Eric, Bruce, and the ladies in the office for the great experience.
