I had the most amazing experience with Ervines Auto Repair & Grand Rapids Hybrid. I inquired about a repair and by 7:30 am, the next morning I had a quote back from Eric that was 1/6 the cost that the dealership quoted. Eric, Megan, and Jamie were awesome to work with! I received a loaner car and within 48 hours they had completed the repair and ran a complete diagnostic check on the vehicle. They were able to walk me through every step of the process. Communication could not have been any better and the techs were awesome to work with. I cannot recommend this place enough. Tough to find better people to work with than the folks at Ervines.

I've been utilizing Ervines since 1987 (back when they were on Eastern and 52nd). Have no plans to go elsewhere. I even confer with them on car purchases as they know what brands/models come in the shop more than they should. When you find an auto repair shop you can trust, you stick with them.

Fantastic staff that do what needs to be done and don't push you at all. Uniquely they take pictures of nearly every recommendation and area of work being done which you can easily see online so you can get a sense of necessity in the repairs. I am always happy to bring my vehicle here.

I had a high mileage older pickup that just broke down. It happens! They were honest and told me what happened And how much it would be to fix with no pressure up to me. I will be takeing my new vehicle to them when i get one ! They have done all my auto work , And My Daughter takes her car there she feels safe ! Not taken

I've been taking my vehicles to Ervine's exclusively the past few years and they have been nothing but excellent.

We took our Prius here for the first time for routine maintenance and brake work. They had it fixed within 24 hours and kept us updated throughout the process, plus they provide a free loaner car. Everyone we talked to was so nice. I was really impressed and we will definitely be back!

Brought in my car after having the dealership take a look at the problem. The crew at Ervines was great. They walked me through everything that needed to be done with care and patience and saved me a ton of money in the process. One of the best customer service establishments I’ve come across not only in auto repair but in general. They are extremely courteous and value the customer’s time and how they feel. We all know repairs and finances can be stressful and emotional and they really are in tune with that and their customers. Quick response time and we’re able to get us in as soon as they could. I can’t express how much and nice it was to have people who went above and beyond to care about my needs and to make me comfortable as well as help me out when I was waiting. Extremely nice and generous!!
