Very professional and courteous service. They keep you updated on service work and provide an estimate before completing work. Mechanics are expert trouble shooters. This is where my vehicle goes.

They repaired our vehicle in less than a day, even though we had to drop it off hours before they even opened without an appointment. They really helped us out in a stressful situation where we almost had to miss a medical appointment and possibly end up without a car hours from home. The staff were extremely empathetic, which makes a huge difference when something like this happens and they have to be the most kind of all the shops we've been to... we really appreciate how fast they were able to get us out of a bind.

I've been taking my car to Eric and the guys for quite a few years now. They have kept it in tiptop shape. They always let me know when something needs tending to for preventative measures. Their friendliness, expertise about hybrid vehicles and professionalism was exemplary. It is reassuring to know that when needed there is a great place and people to repair my hybrid car.
