Ervine's is a stellar shop. The only repair they did for us was a Prius front wheel bearing two years ago. Recently the bearing started to make noise again. I called to see what my options were. I was told to bring the car in, and if the bearing was the problem they'd take care of it. I brought the car in at 830 AM and by noon I received a call saying they replaced the bearing at no charge. They completely stood behind their work with no fuss and gave us a loaner car as well. I do most of the work on our cars (bearings are terrible if you don't have the right tools) but I will be back if I need help. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Such a helpful staff! Our car had problems on our trip up north and they diagnosed it instantly upon arrival. They were busy working on other cars for the day so they called around and found us another shop that could get us in! Wow!!!

For the services done and the thoroughness of company, the total bill was very reasonable, actually saves me time and money. Finally! It's so nice to find a shop with real ethics and values, that doesn't rip off Hybrid owners. I'm so sick of [*brand deleted*] dealerships throughout Michigan who take unfair advantage of us "because where else are you gonna go?" Hybrids and electrics are good for the planet; it shouldn't hurt financially to own and drive one. All one can ask for is quality repair work at fair prices, and that's *exactly* what I get here at GRH. I'll make the 66-mile trip from Lansing to Ervine's with a song in my heart and a smile on my face, long as my Prius will start up and roll... And after that I may just have it towed here.

I had a great experience with Ervines. They were able to get me in within 24 hours when all the other places had a minimum wait of a week. They were very personable both on the phone and in person. Everything was explained very well to me before hand. I was also able to get a loner car free of charge. Then it turned out the repair needed for my car was covered under warranty and they recommended I take it to an authorized dealership so I would not be charged, even though they were capable of doing it. I was impressed with their honesty. They were the ones who called the car manufacturer to check. I would have never known. I was not charged anything, even for the inspection. I also appreciate the quick communication with text and email. I would highly recommend Ervine’s
