Fantastic and friendly service. They found an item that was possibly a warranty issue, called the dealer and confirmed that it was, and didn't charge me. It's so nice to find an honest mechanic that cares about the customer.

Amazing customer service and super friendly and knowledgable staff! Our Envoy stopped running and they got us in the next day and ran a full diagnostic test for us. The tests they run are so much more thorough then any repair garage we have ever been to. They gave us a full run down of repairs needed and we were able to make an informed decision on what to to do moving forward. Highly recommend this place!!

The folks at Ervine's are efficient, diligent, and as caring about the customer as for the vehicle. I am thankful for the real fix for our pesky ‘low tire’ light! I think Ervine's and their people are one of the best kept secrets in Grand Rapids!
