I was very impressed with the work they did on my car. They kept me in the loop the whole time my car was in there care. I would suggest there work to anyone who needs there car work on! I will definitely be a return customer!

We have been using Ervines to service our vehicles for as long as I can remember. Jamie and Megan are so kind and fun to talk to. All of the mechanical staff is so knowledgeable. Eric and Bruce take the time to think through the problem and then explain what is happening and all possible options. Even though we dont live in Grand Rapids anymore we still bring our cars to Ervines....we dont trust anyone else.

Great service!! They explain everything they are doing. The girls in the office are always very friendly and helpful. Would recommend them to anyone look for someone who is honest about your vehicle. Will not try and talk you into service you don’t need.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. I had a car breakdown on me on the highway and never having gone here I was not sure what to expect. I've had bad experiences with mechanics before, but at Ervines from start to finish the process was amazing!!! They made sure I understood the process, were very empathetic, the facility was clean, and all the technicians were very professional in manner and dress. I had a diagnosis that same day even though I came in on short notice and it was fixed the next business day. The process to approve work was super easy and their initial inspection covered much more than I expected so I was made aware of a couple of issues that I would not have been able to spot myself, but most importantly for me they made sure my very stressed out wife was comfortable. Kudos to this team for going above and beyond in customer service and my for changingperception of the trades in general and mechanics specifically. They keep our Honda Accord running like new!

I found out a lot of wrong going on with my car that no one else told me about. They work with you and treat you like family! This is definitely my new and favorite auto place.

I don’t usually do the “review game” but this one is important to me. I purchased a used car several years ago and when it had some issues, I received a reference to Ervine’s from a friend, as well as finding them as “recommended” on a NPR Car Talk Reddit thread. I took my vehicle there and never looked back! THEY ARE AMAZING! If you need any recommendation on a honest mechanic, how about this!... Near the end of that used vehicle, it developed an engine issue. The Ervines’ mechanics were so honest, they gave me three best options: 1). Repair what we can see @ ‘estimate’ but there could be additional unknown repairs once we open the engine 2). Replace the engine all together @ ‘estimate’ 3). If you can afford it... buy a new/different vehicle Can you imagine a more honest repair shop; one that has that much integrity? They were literally so honest with me, they gave me legitimate advice that could cause me to purchase a brand new vehicle that would ultimately end my consumer-consistently with them... at least for several years! To top it off, they even offered their free loaner to me, for days, while I thought about my options! I did end up buying a new Camry. I love it and honestly got advice from Ervines on what to look for when purchasing a new car. It isn’t due for any repairs at this time, and probably won’t for a while, but I know where I’ll be taking it when it does!

Always a great, informative experience with Ervine’s Auto Repair. Excellent customer service, and a quick turn around to get my car back! I would highly recommend.
