I used Ervines for some routine work in 2019 on my Honda CRV. I asked for, and they provided a comprehensive evaluation of the needs of my car. I had the services they suggested , and knew were needed. They offered a loaner car, which was helpful. A year later, I notices a weird noise from a rear wheel, and asked them to look at it. They took the car into their shop the same day, provided transportation, and had the work done by the end of the day. They told me it was a defective part, and warranted all the work, and I left with no bill. Ervine's are honest, responsive, and were great to work with. I appreciated their service.

Stopped in to have a headlight put in and asked if they could check over my Van before I go on a trip. Jamie said they could do it right then and during that inspection discovered I needed rear brakes I love that they respect my time and repaired it immediately so I didn't have to come back another time. You can always trust Jamie and Eric and their workers to do what is best for you. And the credit voucher they give you at the beginning of the year based on how much you paid them last year, is a sweet treat. You guys rock!

The staff at Ervines are all very professional. The mechanics are super knowledgeable about all issues, especially about my hybrid. I spent a lot more than I expected, but I left with a much-improved car that I'm certain will last longer because of their care.

They are the experts on electric cars. The owner took the time to come out and look over my daughter's used Prius and discuss pros and cons of the vehicle and give his advice on how to address some of the issues she was having. Exactly the kind of expertise one looks for.

I was very impressed with the work they did on my car. They kept me in the loop the whole time my car was in there care. I would suggest there work to anyone who needs there car work on! I will definitely be a return customer!

We have been using Ervines to service our vehicles for as long as I can remember. Jamie and Megan are so kind and fun to talk to. All of the mechanical staff is so knowledgeable. Eric and Bruce take the time to think through the problem and then explain what is happening and all possible options. Even though we dont live in Grand Rapids anymore we still bring our cars to Ervines....we dont trust anyone else.

Great service!! They explain everything they are doing. The girls in the office are always very friendly and helpful. Would recommend them to anyone look for someone who is honest about your vehicle. Will not try and talk you into service you don’t need.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. I had a car breakdown on me on the highway and never having gone here I was not sure what to expect. I've had bad experiences with mechanics before, but at Ervines from start to finish the process was amazing!!! They made sure I understood the process, were very empathetic, the facility was clean, and all the technicians were very professional in manner and dress. I had a diagnosis that same day even though I came in on short notice and it was fixed the next business day. The process to approve work was super easy and their initial inspection covered much more than I expected so I was made aware of a couple of issues that I would not have been able to spot myself, but most importantly for me they made sure my very stressed out wife was comfortable. Kudos to this team for going above and beyond in customer service and my for changingperception of the trades in general and mechanics specifically.
