I went to Ervine’s for some major repair work on my 06 Prius by recommendation. The car needed a lot of issues addressed, so I had a full service check performed. I replaced everything the car needed. They provided me with the most extensive, detailed invoice including pictures of all of the issues with my car. The transparency at the shop is absolutely incredible. They even had record of work performed on my car from before my ownership. Eric is incredibly knowledgeable and explained technical details about the technology in my car in a way that was concise and easy to understand. When I got my car back I was absolutely blown away by how good it felt. It drives like a brand new car, and every single issue was addressed and corrected. The service on behalf of the entire shop made the experience of getting extensive repair work done actually enjoyable! I didn’t think this was possible! Thank you so much for the outstanding service, all other repair shops should take a lesson from you!

Everything they do is online and very user-friendly. They had a loner car that was a very nice one that I used all weekend til my car was done Monday Afternoon. They are very friendly and Professional and did A+ work on my brakes both front and back, cabin Filter, as well as flushed and cleaned brake fluid with new fluid added. I 100% intend to use them again in a few weeks to get the bearings fixed on my Equinox. Of course it's expensive but so are most car problems considering how long I waited and how bad the brakes and rotors were...but it was no where near what i expected. Youll be happy if you took your car there..100%!!!

Exceptional service in a timely manner. Went in for an oil change and to have a new bumper clip installed. Both were done perfectly and I have had no issues since. Staff was very understanding and well informed.

I take both my Prius and Outback here for repair and general maintenance. You might pay a little more than other mechanics, but I personally pay more to have the peace of mind and quality of work. They are always friendly and take extra time to make sure you understand what will be done and rebates are provided if you continue to do business with them. Loaner cars are provided (when available) and all transactions can be managed online.

I had a sudden emergency repair needed and was not familiar with any repair shops in the area. I chose Ervine's based on the reviews and their customer service is astonishing. Megan was beyond helpful and so nice! I dropped my car off not expecting it to be looked at same day since it was so last minute, I got a call a couple hours later with a list of everything that needed to be done and an answer to the main issue that I brought it in for. They email you all estimates and you can approve each individual item that you would like done. They don't pressure you into fixing everything all at once but do give you the option. They also sent me pictures of everything that was wrong with a little detailed explanation. For a spur of the moment choice, they exceeded my expectations and I will refer everyone to them. 20/10!

My contact person was Bruce and he was polite, informative, and kept me very update on my vehicle.i liked the way of paying on line and being able to pick my car up after regular hours. I will continue to bring my car to Ervines.
