I’m so glad I stumbled upon this place! Took my new-to-me Prius here because they specialize in Hybrid vehicle repairs, and the service was incredible. Communication, professionalism, and timeliness were all on point. Plus, the free loaner car is added convenience and peace of mind. I will definitely be using them again in the future if I need any car repairs!

OMG! Ervines Auto Repair is phenomenal! Customer service is their top priority & it shows in all they do from start to finish. They helped me work with a warranty company. Ervines went above & beyond to help me navigate through the warranty company’s somewhat tedious & disorganized process. (Kudos to Eric for his help & explanations). I dealt mainly with Eric, Bruce, & Megan. They did an awesome job repairing my air conditioning. They also replaced the serpentine belt on my Outlook. Ervines is my preferred auto repair shop now. I will return for any planned (or unplanned) repairs!

I’m driving across the country soon and needed my car services before leaving since my check engine light came on suddenly. I got a recommendation for Ervine’s from a friend and they did not disappoint! Eric is awesome and super informative. They whole team is very honest and friendly and helped me a great deal with a stressful situation for me since I’m not very knowledgeable at all when it comes to cars. 10/10 highly recommend!! Would definitely use them again for all future needs if I were staying in the area.

Brought my Buick Enclave to Ervine’s for rear AC issues and to replace a rear control arm. Not only were the front office employees extremely friendly, but the mechanics were quick to return my calls and keep me updated on the progress. After I picked my vehicle up, I noticed some marks on the rear bumper that were not there before. Without hesitation, Ervine’s replaced the chrome piece free of charge. I will be taking my vehicle here for any future work that I may need. 5 ⭐️ company!!!

I've worked w/ Ervine's for 4 years now. I’m from a small town and GR is so crowded, there are so many repair shops to choose from! Ervine's is a no brainer. They offer great flexibility helping w/ your repairs. Do not hesitate to call and see how they can help with big or small concerns. The crew at Ervine's is trustworthy and treats you with respect which help take the stress out of car repairs. The front office is super professional, plus the mechanics always explain repairs in an understandable way because they have legit certifications. Repair costs are priced where they should be for the degree of service offered. Check them out! *Update: they now supply a digital report via text/email with photos and checklists of diagnostics to to make the process that much more transparent. Top notch service as always!

Have fixed vehicles for me and my boyfriend and have done very quality work each time. This is the only place we get our vehicles looked at and do not plan on going anywhere else!

I went to Ervine’s for some major repair work on my 06 Prius by recommendation. The car needed a lot of issues addressed, so I had a full service check performed. I replaced everything the car needed. They provided me with the most extensive, detailed invoice including pictures of all of the issues with my car. The transparency at the shop is absolutely incredible. They even had record of work performed on my car from before my ownership. Eric is incredibly knowledgeable and explained technical details about the technology in my car in a way that was concise and easy to understand. When I got my car back I was absolutely blown away by how good it felt. It drives like a brand new car, and every single issue was addressed and corrected. The service on behalf of the entire shop made the experience of getting extensive repair work done actually enjoyable! I didn’t think this was possible! Thank you so much for the outstanding service, all other repair shops should take a lesson from you!
