Rarely do I leave reviews, but this shop deserves one! I had the most amazing experience. They were thorough with their inspection and explained everything to me step by step - even with pictures. They don’t take advantage of you because you may not know a lot about cars and rip you off like other places do. They are good people and I’ll never go anywhere else! Bonus is that they are women-owned! Love to see that!

This place is your go to for EV! They treat you like family who's on a budget. Steve is amazing!

Ervine's is a great example of getting what you pay for. They're not cheap, but they are worth the price. The things that really stand out are: A) they almost always have a loaner car that you can use for as long as the repair/diagnosis takes. B) the mechanic working on your vehicle calls and explains in detail what's going with your car C) they send you a detailed report of everything that's wrong with your car and how much each repair will cost, and they even include photos(when possible/neccessary) of the damage. D) they provide helpful insight when you're shopping for a new car. I still take my car to cheaper places for small stuff like brakes, suspension, etc. But for engine, transmission, or high voltage battery issues, Ervine's is the only place I trust.

Since moving to GR I have ONLY used Ervines, I 100 percent trust their judgment, and know that their decisions and recommendations are made with me and my car in mind!
