After a bad experience at another auto shop, I took my Honda CR-V to Ervines Auto Repair. When I first called, I was warmly greeted by Megan. I was encouraged by the fact that she took the time to truly listen to what was going on with my car. She worked me into their schedule quickly, and assured me that her family would properly diagnose and fix my car. I was told by another auto shop that day that I needed a transmission rebuild. There were many "red flags" at the other auto shop, and I wanted another opinion. I dropped my car off at the end of business on Monday, and got a call from Bruce on Tuesday morning letting me know that they diagnosed the problem. I needed an oil change. Yes, you read that right - An oil change. I was told by another auto shop that I needed a new transmission. Ervines knew that. After looking at my vehicle, they determined that there was nothing wrong with my transmission. I was absolutely blown away! They did a full inspection of my car and gave me recommendations about other maintenance that was due. They have a portal in which they can share photos with you, which was really nice. We authorized them to do several other repairs while it was in the shop. Ervines fixed the problem I was experiencing with my car (caused by low oil) and made sure everything else was in good working order. They have gained my trust, and I will be a loyal customer moving forward. Thank you for the great service, Megan and Bruce!
