I think the price to check my truck out to determine the problem was a bit high, but I was given a loaner car to use while they serviced my truck, so I guess it all even out. The two women working the front desk were awesome!

Always the best, their work on my car has always been professional and their estimates accurate.

As a woman I have always felt immensely intimidated when visiting a mechanic. This is due to the fact that I know zero about cars! My insecurities were met with Megan’s smile and willingness to help me get my car, Susan back on the road safely—being sure to explain everything along the way. I immediately felt at ease when I met my mechanic, Bruce! His kind nature and realism when telling me what needed to be fixed added to the comfortability I felt at Ervines. My only regret is that I didn’t find this place sooner! If you’re looking for a mechanic who will treat you like family, look no further than Ervines! P.s. the candy and notepad + pen left on my seat when getting my car back was a *sweet* touch!

The folks who stand behind this locally owned, family operated business are excellent in what they can offer you. All are highly trained and educated from the front desk ladies to the gentlemen working under the hood. As a retired guy, I've been involved with many a repair facility over the years - wish I had discovered Ervine's years ago!

Awesome service, even caught a couple of things I wasn’t aware of. Communication was excellent the whole way through. As a single parent, the free loaner was a wonderful benefit!
