I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience with this business. They were accurate, efficient, and friendly. Plenty of communication and patience. The email and text platforms were very easy to use. Everyone took the time to make sure I was a part of the plan and gave an accurate estimate. My car is running smoother and quieter than ever. Will be back for maintenance in the future. If you have a hybrid vehicle, this is definitely where you belong!

They had a cancellation and we’re able to get my car in on short notice. Friendly and up to date technologically as they send estimates for approval via text and email for immediate approval. Fast and efficient.

I think the price to check my truck out to determine the problem was a bit high, but I was given a loaner car to use while they serviced my truck, so I guess it all even out. The two women working the front desk were awesome!

As a woman I have always felt immensely intimidated when visiting a mechanic. This is due to the fact that I know zero about cars! My insecurities were met with Megan’s smile and willingness to help me get my car, Susan back on the road safely—being sure to explain everything along the way. I immediately felt at ease when I met my mechanic, Bruce! His kind nature and realism when telling me what needed to be fixed added to the comfortability I felt at Ervines. My only regret is that I didn’t find this place sooner! If you’re looking for a mechanic who will treat you like family, look no further than Ervines! P.s. the candy and notepad + pen left on my seat when getting my car back was a *sweet* touch!
