I had bought a vehicle and not known the many problems the prior owners left for me. Details of my situation aside, Bruce and Meghan made this extremely difficult time for me as easy as it possibly could have gone! I saw nothing but honesty, integrity, knowledge, trustworthy, positive attitudes, smiles, care for customers, and about 100 other positive attributes shown to me and my support group involved in the process. In a nut shell I intend to bring all my vehicle service needs to Ervines for the rest of my life. They are more than a 5 star rating, 10 stars would be more appropriate for how Bruce and Meghan and their techs handle every situation they are thrown. Fast but pricey

They diagnosed the problem and let me use a loaner. Great communication and great folks. They were honest that they wouldn't be able to get parts for 2+ months and referred me to another shop that could do a rebuild within two weeks, that they use themselves personally. Megan is a sweetheart and makes you feel at ease and like she's been a friend for years. I'll be back.

The email and text platforms were very easy to use. Everyone took the time to make sure I was a part of the plan and gave an accurate estimate. My car is running smoother and quieter than ever. They had a cancellation and we’re able to get my car in on short notice. Friendly and up to date technologically as they send estimates for approval via text and email for immediate approval. Fast and efficient.
