I brought my Prius in for an engine misfire after a different auto shop had misdiagnosed the cause. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and honest about what was wrong with my car. When I decided not to go ahead with the engine replacement due to cost, they answered all of my questions about scrapping vs. selling my car, explained exactly what was happening with my engine in a way that someone who knows nothing about cars could understand, and then gave me incredibly solid advice when I called back the next day in search of guidance in regards to buying a new Prius. I cannot recommend them enough
