It's not the cheapest place to have your car serviced but the customer care from the staff and the knowledge the mechanics possess is as good as you'll get in Grand Rapids. They are incredibly friendly and will go out of their way to answer any of your questions and trust me, they can answer ANY of your questions. They are also one of the few repair shops around that has a few loaner cars which is a game changer for someone like me. I'd recommend them to anyone but if you have a hybrid car, I implore you to use Ervines. Give them a shot. You'll thank me later.

Been a customer of Ervine's Auto for many years. Their knowledge of the intricacies of the current electronics on autos is constantly updated and certified. They don't spare expenses when it comes to upgrading the technical knowledge of their people.

Bruce is the man! He's been more than helpful the two times I've went to Ervines for miscellaneous jeep issues (fluids changed, new spark plugs, diagnosing why my jeep wouldn't start, putting in a new starter and starter cable, etc.). He's very knowledgeable in how he explains what he fixed, and has a super upbeat and nice personality. Being a woman, he treats me no different than anyone else...and he treated me this way w/o even knowing I have some knowledge on cars and am an engineer. I super appreciate being treated with respect and being kept up-to-date on all information. Thanks!

It's a tremendous relief to have a mechanic you can trust. Eric, Jamie, Megan and Bruce and have been taking care of my vehicles for many years. From a Chevy to a Subaru and now a Toyota Hybrid. They are experts in hybrids but they service all modern vehicles. I love Ervines!

If I could give this business more than five stars, I would. I have no words to explain how amazing they are. I had broken my ankle and needed help moving my kids into the rental car that they provided and Megan was beyond helpful. She went above and beyond to help me and went so far as to text me personally and make sure I was doing okay after surgery. Their work is good and precise and they are fairly priced. I feel they are honest and hardworking. I am so impressed and will only use this business going forward. Thank you!
