Ervine’s is a very honest place to bring your vehicle; the staff explain things to you in simple, easy to follow ways if you’re not very mechanical. My vehicle had a lot of major concerns and they walked me through each problem and explained clearly what they recommended. There are affordable ways to finance your repairs, and they know hybrids very well; great team of specialists. They are on top of communication and even have loaner cars available for longer repairs. Very satisfied and felt great trusting them with my vehicle.

Ervine’s is not the cheapest place I’ve ever gone, but they are the most trustworthy and tech-forward car repair shop out there (I used to drive for a living and have lived in 3 states with regular repair work done in 4). I can approve repairs right from my phone and see pictures of all the problem areas. I’ve stopped using anyone else for car repairs because I don’t worry Ervine’s is going to mess up my car and suck time away arguing with them about it. They have excellent mechanics and customer service. Use them, you won’t be disappointed.

Hands down the place to bring your vehicle. They are so knowledgeable about hybrid cars, and are truly honest with what needs to be done. The fact they have loaner cars available is a plus, as we are a one car family. All staff has been super friendly EVERY time we have been there.

After having major battery issues from water damage, I called and spoke with Megan who assured me they would do everything possible to help. Within minutes of bringing my car over, I met both Jamie and Eric, and can see where Megan got her kindness and helpful character. These wonderful people were always transparent, never got tired of my many phone calls and of walking me through the repairs. I fully trust Bruce’s statement that “they have my best interest at heart,” as he would thoroughly explain all my options, and deal with me as I was going back and forth with insurance. Will be going back to them for any minor or serious repair as long as I live here.

Replaced my ptu and transmission due to ptu cracking the housing when it failed. Very friendly staff and let me know other things that needed attention.

Excellent customer service from the front desk to the entire garage crew. Timely, thorough, honest service at reasonable prices. These guys have developed a nice little space of knowledge about Hybrid Vehicles in particular. I take my 2005 Honda Accord Hybrid there, they have been very helpful and have helped me "baby" mine to keep it on the road. I especially like their software -driven method for getting the car in and diagnosed, super helpful and leaves no room for mis-communication. Great job, all of you at Ervines!
