As a visibly queer and gender nonconforming human, I’ve had my share of interesting experiences with mechanics. Not here, they treated me with the same level of respect and welcoming as everyone else. And that’s saying something, because the whole staff were so genuinely kind! Megan and Janine, especially, went out of their way with next level customer service. Taking extra time and consideration for my unique van living needs - without me even asking. Even more, this is by far the cleanest, best kept shop I’ve ever walked into. They left my vehicle equally clean, which is just a nice touch. Is this a budget auto shop? No, it’s well worth it. There’s also zero sales pressure. They clearly, visually, laid out my options, answered my questions without being patronizing and didn’t push one way or the other. I could go on, but I’ll just say one more thing, they KNOW hybrids. The owner once talked me through my options before I even bought a hybrid, explaining the longevity and considerations even though it didn’t benefit him in any way to do so. I wasn’t even a customer!
