I don’t normally review anything, ever. But after my experience, after a first time visit and servicing, I just had to. Eric is extremely informative and broke down everything simply for a non mechanically inclined person that is myself. He also is very caring about you, your vehicle and your safety. Megan at the front desk was such a delight and was willing to help explain and break down anything from our quote. Having a portal to go back and look at previous services or quotes online is something I really like. Can’t forget to mention how nice the place looks and is kept. You have a returning customer.

You won’t find anyplace in the greater GR area to get better service, auto repair, timeliness and 100% reliable information about what your vehicle needs. The services I had done at Ervine’s were well worth the cost. It doesn’t get better than that!

Grand Rapids Hybrid and EV has done a great job keeping my 2013 Toyota Prius well maintained. Eric and the guys are experts in hybrids and no question is silly to them. We purchased our Prius in 2017 with every intention of driving the car until our son turns 16 and then handing it over to him - so far the plan is in tact! Friendly people, good coffee, awesome warranty!

Let me 1st start by saying ERVINE'S AUTO REPAIR is tha best and the service is A-1! But it starts wit customer service (Megan) and she is so Awesome! Then thier is Steve, who is such a knowledgeable auto mechanic with a team of mechanic by his side! When someone ask me about getting something fixed on their car I would be quick to refer my friends @ ERVINE'S AUTO REPAIR. THANK YOU GUYS FOR THE GREAT WORK & SERVICE!

Ervine's is the Best. Friendly, Helpful Reasonable

So I'm the guy that brings in a repair that brings the response "that's interesting" . Long story short, had some work done spring of 22, fall of 22, and 6/23. For an unknown reason some of the work failed. When I was given a quote for my 6/23 repairs, they listed off what needed to be done followed by that will be warrantied. It's really nice not to have to bring in; proof of work done, receipts, give explanations, etc. to receive a warranty. I have a 2015 Honda Pilot I purchased used, I have 4 friends with Pilots they all love them, why do I have the "interesting one"

I've been coming to Ervine's for the past couple years. Jamie and Megan have been honest with me about what my car needs and have never tried to sell me more than the necessary. And in talking with them, I'm starting to get life advice, good coffee, and excellent conversation. I want to keep coming back!
