I have used Ervines for many years, first went to them because of loaner cars, a must for me, they have always been completely fair and honest with repairs, complete and thorough estimate before starting, and the honesty of telling me when to just let the car go. As in telling me don't put anymore money into this car. I Love Ervines and will continue to use them for the rest of my driving days.

Very knowledgeable about the vehicles they work on. I brought my 2011 Prius in, and was very happy with the level of care, attention, and explanation I received. The staff is incredibly friendly, and you can tell the people working here care about what they do. Nice waiting area with good coffee. Reasonable prices, although not bargain basement, you pay for expertise. Will return.
