Grand Rapids Auto Repair

We have brought two of our cars to Ervines and both times have been so impressed with the service! The most recent time they provided us with a list of repairs they suggested for our 2009 Prius. We were able to overview and decide what we could afford at the time to do and what was most needed. We never felt pressured or treated negatively that we couldn't do all the repairs at this time. It was so refreshing! We needed a new part for our trunk, they were able to find a used one they could paint match to our car to save us some funds and it looks perfect! We will continue to use them as our shop for both our full electric car and hybrid!

I had the BEST customer service experience during a really bad time with my car. Megan, Steve, and the crew helped me come to terms with a situation where it wasn't really worth the repairs needed to fix my vehicle. They gave me a myriad of options and lots of professional advice, but I never felt pressured one way or the other to make the decision they deemed best. Ervine's left it up to me to make the best decision for my situation. They also were incredibly kind and gave me a couple days to decide and let me use their loaner car so I was able to get to work. I was treated so well by everyone that I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs fair and honest advice about what needs to be done to their car with repairs. Unfortunately for me, I didn't get beyond the diagnostic part of service as it was better off to let my 2012 Mazda CX-9 go without a new engine, but I would go back to them with any other vehicle. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

What a disappointment, is NOT a phrase I use when talking to others about Ervine’s. It’s more like…. This is AMAZING! Everybody at Ervine’s is amazing! The service and experience at Ervine's is out of this world. Everything you would expect from a world class dealer but never get elsewhere. The commitment to quality and diagnostics is incredible. I was most impressed by the clarity and professionalism of their staff. They responded quickly to helping me address my vehicle concerns and were able to set up a schedule to help me address further needs that my present mechanic didn’t even check. They now have my business and I am thankful that I’ve found them.
