I've been coming to Ervine's for the past couple years. Jamie and Megan have been honest with me about what my car needs and have never tried to sell me more than the necessary. And in talking with them, I'm starting to get life advice, good coffee, and excellent conversation. I want to keep coming back!

Great Service here once again! Love the team that works here and all of the compassion and experience they put into their work. Very detailed explanation of everything that my car needed to have fixed or didn't.

The customer service and communication is 2nd to none. Their use of technology, texts, emails, pictures, quotes and payments is also very efficient and user friendly. Highly recommended. Oh, and the service is top notch!

Big THANK YOU goes out to everybody at Ervines. They did a complete engine replacement on my truck. They were up front and always keeping me informed of the whole process. Working mostly with Megan and Steve was Great!! Really liked the fact that they were always HONEST about all the facts even when the news was bad, then going over the options over a cup of BIG E coffee. Thank you Jamie for allowing Megan to share your Special cabinet treats with me! GREAT STAFF,GREAT WORK , Great place to bring your autos for any problems. Thanks again!!!

Chrysler Pacifica hybrid. They were very knowledgeable on the phone and were able to resolve the problem quickly. Very important, as we have a fleet and down time costs money. Their facilities are spotless and staff extremely friendly.

I just purchased a used hybrid car took it here for some preventative maintenance. They were very helpful with knowledgeable advice, and experience with the hybrid cars. They explained the repairs and what was found once they got into the repair. I trust their opinion, and will be bringing my car back for future services.
